Florida High School Basketball - Canterbury holds off South Fort Myers
November 30, 2023: Fort Myers, FL 33912 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Canterbury Cougars (Fort Myers, FL) and the host South Fort Myers Wolfpack (Fort Myers, FL), saw Canterbury's basketball squad hold off South Fort Myers by a tally of 28-26.
With the victory, Canterbury improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars host Oasis (Cape Coral, FL) to confront the Sharks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Sharks come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Wolfpack confront the First Baptist Academy Lions (Naples, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 5. South Fort Myers will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 52-44 non-league win over Bishop Verot (Fort Myers, FL).
