November 30, 2023: San Mateo, CA 94401 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Capuchino Mustangs (San Bruno, CA) and the host San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA), saw Capuchino's basketball squad hold off San Mateo by a tally of 47-46.
With the victory, Capuchino improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Galileo (San Francisco, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Galileo won 47-22 in their recent non-league challenge against South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA)
