November 30, 2023: Gilroy, CA 95020 Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Silver Creek Raiders (San Jose, CA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars confront the Overfelt Royals (San Jose, CA) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 4. Christopher will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Royals come into the match with a 0-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA).
With the loss, Silver Creek drops to 0-1 on the season. The Raiders travel to Mountain View (Mountain View, CA) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, December 2.
