Tennessee High School Basketball - Hillsboro nips Christian Brothers
November 30, 2024: Memphis, TN 38166 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Hillsboro Burros basketball team scored a close 61-56 win over the Christian Brothers Purple Wave.
The Burros (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hume-Fogg (Nashville, TN). The Blue Knights come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Hume-Fogg edged Columbia Central (Columbia, TN), 72-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Purple Wave battle the Harding Academy Lions (Memphis, TN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Christian Brothers will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Lions come into the contest with a 4-1 record after their 66-52 non-league win over Wooddale (Memphis, TN).
