Georgia High School Basketball - Lambert sneaks past Habersham Central
November 30, 2024: Suwanee, GA 30024 The Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) basketball edged the visiting Habersham Central Raiders (Mt. Airy, GA), 79-75 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Longhorns now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Forsyth Central for a AAAAAA Region 6 bout on Tuesday, December 3. Lambert will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 65-50 non-league win over Northside (Columbus, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Habersham Central falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Raiders host Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Rabun Gap-Nacoochee lost 66-61 in their recent non-league bout against Salisbury (Salisbury, NC)
