Arizona High School Basketball - Highland succumbs to Valley Christian

The Valley Christian Trojans defeated the visiting Highland Hawks basketball squad by a final score of 76-67 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ) in a 3A Central outing, on Tuesday, December 3. Valley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Prospectors come into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 58-38 non-league win over ALA - Anthem South (Florence, AZ).

The Hawks (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ). The Coyotes come into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Campo Verde overcame Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ), 87-43, in a league outing.
