Tennessee High School Basketball - McCallie knocks off Mt. Bethel Christian Academy
November 30, 2024: Chattanooga, TN 37404 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host McCallie Blue Tornado basketball team scored a good 62-53 win over the Mt. Bethel Christian Academy Eagles.
The Blue Tornado (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pope John Paul II (Hendersonville, TN). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Pope John Paul II defeated LaVergne (LaVergne, TN), 69-47, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Business Engineering Science Tech Eagles (Atlanta, GA) in a A D1 Region 5 contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Mt. Bethel Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 82-61 non-league loss to North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA).
