California High School Basketball - Twentynine Palms nips Pacific

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Twentynine Palms Wildcats (Twentynine Palms, CA) and the visiting Pacific Pirates (San Bernardino, CA), observed Twentynine Palms's basketball team edge Pacific by a margin of 59-55.

The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hemet (Hemet, CA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Hemet edged Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA), 67-61, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Garey Vikings (Pomona, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Pacific will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 56-41 non-league win over Jefferson (Los Angeles, CA).
