Saint Viator Lions (Arlington Heights, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), 35-31 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Saint Viator upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Lions host Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to face the Roadrunners in a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Wednesday, December 4. The Roadrunners come into the challenge with a record of 3-1.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Phillips Wildcats (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - Red Shield challenge, on Wednesday, December 4. Taft will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
