Massachusetts High School Football - Lowell gets by Lexington
November 4, 2022: Lowell, MA 01852 The Lowell Red Raiders football team scored 21 points and held the visiting Lexington Minutemen to 14 in the Red Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Red Raiders (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Haverhill (Haverhill, MA). The Hillies come into the Merrimack Valley - Division 1 challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Haverhill was tipped by St. John's (Shrewsbury, MA), 27-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Minutemen now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Concord-Carlisle for a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 24. Lexington will meet a Patriots team coming off a 42-13 non-league loss to Milford (Milford, MA). The Patriots record now stands at 5-4.
