The Wichita Falls Coyotes basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Springtown Porcupines to 60 in the Coyotes non-league triumph on Friday.

The Coyotes now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sweetwater for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6.

The Porcupines (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Seguin (Arlington, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Seguin was nudged by Keller Central (Keller, TX), 61-21, in a non-league contest.
