November 4, 2022: Newton, KS 67114 Blue Valley Southwest Timberwolves (Overland Park, KS) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Newton Railroaders (Newton, KS), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Timberwolves confront the Maize South Mavericks (Wichita, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 5. Blue Valley Southwest will attempt to move on its 13-4 season record. The Mavericks enter the challenge with a 19-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Aquinas (Overland Park, KS).
The Railroaders now possess a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Aquinas for a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 5. Newton will confront a Saints team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Maize South (Wichita, KS). The Saints record now stands at 12-5.
