In Saturday's league game, the St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD) football team knocked off the host Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA), by a score of 54-24.

The Knights (5-5) will now prepare for their game against Paul VI (Chantilly, VA). The Panthers come into the Washington Catholic - Metro game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Paul VI toppled Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA), 30-9, in a league game.
