Texas High School Basketball - Sudan fells Trinity Christian
November 4, 2023: Sudan, TX 79371 Sudan Hornets (Sudan, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Trinity Christian Lions (Lubbock, TX), 51-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Sudan upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hornets host Vega (Vega, TX) to play the Longhorns in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 7. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Lions play the Idalou Wildcats (Idalou, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 7. Trinity Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 66-53 non-league win over Seminole (Seminole, TX).
