The Gators (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Velma Jackson (Camden, MS). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Velma Jackson was crushed by Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS), 64-34, in a non-league battle.
The Trojans now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McComb for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 6. Amite County will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 51-37 non-league loss to Oak Grove (Hattiesburg, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
