Mercyhurst Prep Lakers (Erie, PA) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA), 21-14 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Mercyhurst Prep improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Friday, November 11. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 8-2. Sharpsville won 35-28 in their recent non-league test against Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA)

With the loss, Wilmington drops to 3-7 on the campaign.
