The DeSoto Eagles basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Richardson Eagles to 16 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Midway for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 15.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Guyer (Denton, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
