Virginia High School Volleyball - Grassfield over Franklin County
November 5, 2022: Chesapeake, VA 23323 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) and the visiting Franklin County Eagles (Rocky Mount, VA), saw Grassfield's volleyball squad beat Franklin County by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Grassfield upgrades its record to 15-3 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Kellam (Virginia Beach, VA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 20-2. Kellam won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Cosby (Midlothian, VA)
The Eagles now own a 11-12 record.
