November 6, 2024: Wilmington, DE 19808 The St. Mark's Spartans (Wilmington, DE) soccer nipped the visiting Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE), 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Spartans now hold a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Sussex Academy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 9. St. Mark's will encounter a Seahawks squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 14-2.
With the loss, Indian River moves to 9-8 on the year.
