The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Southern Wells Raiders (Poneto, IN) and the visiting Cowan Blackhawks (Muncie, IN), observed Southern Wells's basketball team overwhelm Cowan by a score of 71-35.

The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Union City (Union City, IN). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Union City walloped Union (Modoc, IN), 48-25, in a non-league battle.

The Blackhawks now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blackford for a non-league battle on Monday, November 10. Cowan will meet a Bruins squad coming off a 42-36 non-league loss to Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN). The Bruins record now stands at 0-1.
