Florida High School Soccer - Coral Springs Charter nudged by Archbishop McCarthy
November 6, 2025: Coral Springs, FL 33065 Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks (Fort Lauderdale, FL) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the host Coral Springs Charter Panthers (Coral Springs, FL), 2-1 in a non-league outing.
The Mavericks (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Chiefs go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Cardinal Gibbons got by North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the South Fork Bulldogs (Stuart, FL) in a non-league test, on Monday, November 10. Coral Springs Charter will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 5-2 league win over Westwood (Fort Pierce, FL).
