November 7, 2022: Georgetown, TX 78626 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Midway Panthers (Waco, TX) and the host Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX), saw Midway's basketball squad hold off Georgetown by a tally of 41-38.
With the victory, Midway improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 11. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
