Louisiana High School Basketball - Converse tops Singer
November 7, 2023: Converse, LA 71419 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Converse Wildcats (Converse, LA) and the visiting Singer Hornets (Singer, LA), saw Converse's basketball squad knock off Singer by a count of 48-31.
With the victory, Converse upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Hornets play the Starks Panthers (Starks, LA) in a C District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Singer will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
