Texas High School Basketball - Grand Saline overwhelms Harleton
November 7, 2023: Harleton, TX 75651 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Grand Saline Indians (Grand Saline, TX) and the host Harleton Wildcats (Harleton, TX), saw Grand Saline's basketball squad wallop Harleton by a count of 59-31.
With the victory, Grand Saline upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Quitman (Quitman, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 11. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Quitman won 50-29 in their recent non-league challenge against West Rusk (New London, TX)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Marshall Christian Academy Guardians (Marshall, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 17. Harleton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Guardians come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 57-25 non-league win over Laneville (Laneville, TX).
