The Kennedy Eagles walloped the visiting Wilby Wildcats football team by a score of 35-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Woodland Regional Hawks (Beacon Falls, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 14. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 8-0 record after their 42-14 league win over Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT).

With the defeat, Wilby drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Crosby (Waterbury, CT) to meet the Bulldogs in a Naugatuck Valley - Tier 2 test on Saturday, November 15.
