The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Old Bridge Knights (Old Bridge, NJ) and the host Sayreville Bombers (Parlin, NJ), witnessed Old Bridge's football squad edge Sayreville by a count of 28-27.

The Knights (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Washington Township (Sewell, NJ). The Minutemen enter the non-league battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, Washington Township nudged Rancocas Valley (Mt. Holly, NJ), 44-26, in a non-league battle.
