November 8, 2022: Fort Worth, TX 76116 The Western Hills Cougars basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Life Oak Cliff Lions to 28 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alvarado for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 10. Western Hills will battle a Indians team coming off a 61-20 non-league loss to Glen Rose (Glen Rose, TX). The Indians record now stands at 0-2.
The Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Grandview (Grandview, TX). The Zebras enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Grandview ran past Palmer (Palmer, TX), 50-41, in a non-league contest.
