Massachusetts High School Soccer - Groton School knocks off Lawrence Academy
November 8, 2023: Groton, MA 01450 Groton School (Groton, MA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Lawrence Academy Spartans (Groton, MA), 4-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the confront the St. Mark's Lions (Southborough, MA) in a Independent School challenge, on Saturday, November 11. Groton School will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Belmont Hill (Belmont, MA).
The Spartans now have a 4-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buckingham Browne & Nichols for a Independent School challenge on Saturday, November 11. Lawrence Academy will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-2 league win over Middlesex (Concord, MA). The Knights record now stands at 8-7.
