In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Briarwood Mustangs basketball team scored a close 58-56 triumph over the Founders Classical Academy Voyagers.

The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Emery/Weiner (Houston, TX). The go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Voyagers confront the British (Houston, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 12. Founders Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
