November 8, 2024: Georgetown, KY In Friday's non-league game, the Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY) football team edged the visiting Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY), by a count of 37-30.
The now hold a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to DuPont Manual for a non-league test on Friday, November 15. Great Crossing will meet a Crimsons squad coming off a 45-0 non-league win over Campbell County (Alexandria, KY). The Crimsons record now stands at 10-1.
With the defeat, Meade County drops to 5-6 on the campaign.
