In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Canton Eagles basketball team scored a tight 50-43 triumph over the North Lamar Panthers.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Southwest Christian School Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, November 18. Canton will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
