November 9, 2021: Rainsville, AL 35986 The Plainview Bears basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Huntsville Panthers to 55 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bears now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Austin for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 11. Plainview will battle a Black Bears team coming off a 48-28 non-league win over Columbia (Huntsville, AL). The Black Bears record now stands at 1-0.
The Panthers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lee (Huntsville, AL). The Generals enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Lee was defeated by Hazel Green (Hazel Green, AL), 57-32, in a non-league contest.
