Mississippi High School Basketball - Mantachie overwhelmed by Blue Mountain
November 9, 2022: Blue Mountain, MS 38610 The Blue Mountain Cougars basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting Mantachie Mustangs to 49 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Cougars now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vardaman for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 16. Blue Mountain will battle a Rams team coming off a 66-32 non-league loss to East Union (Blue Springs, MS). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Nettleton (Nettleton, MS). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
