November 9, 2023: Wister, OK 74966 Wister Wildcats (Wister, OK) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Battiest Panthers (Battiest, OK), 65-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wister upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Clayton (Clayton, OK) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 14. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Clayton lost 47-46 in their recent non-league bout against Bennington (Bennington, OK)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Leflore Savages (Leflore, OK) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 14. Battiest will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Savages go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 62-28 league loss to Clayton (Clayton, OK).
