Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Monroe Vikings (North Hills, CA), 53-11 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Vipers host Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA) to play the Hunters in a non-league bout on Monday, November 13. The Hunters come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
