Texas High School Basketball - East Central holds off United
November 9, 2024: Laredo, TX 78045 The East Central Hornets basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host United Longhorns to 63 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hornets now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to LEE for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 12. East Central will confront a Volunteers team coming off a 49-34 non-league win over Holmes (San Antonio, TX). The Volunteers record now stands at 2-0.
