In Thursday's non-league match, the host Desert Edge Scorpions basketball team scored a good 58-50 triumph over the Agua Fria Owls.

In their next game, the Scorpions meet the Glendale Cardinals (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 6. Desert Edge will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record.

With the defeat, Agua Fria moves to 3-3 on the year. The Owls travel to Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ) to meet the Knights in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 7. The Knights enter the match with a record of 0-5.
