Texas High School Basketball - MacArthur can't hold off Centennial
December 1, 2022: Irving, TX 75062 The Centennial Spartans basketball team scored 53 points and held the host MacArthur Cardinals to 48 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Spartans now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Mesquite for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1. Centennial will battle a Stallions team coming off a 47-41 non-league win over Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Stallions record now stands at 4-5.
The Cardinals (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Stallions enter the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, North Mesquite nudged Centennial (Burleson, TX), 48-47, in a non-league contest.
