The Victory Christian Academy Patriots basketball team scored 83 points and held the host Challenger Firebirds to 35 in the Patriots league triumph on Thursday.
The Patriots now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, December 5.
The Firebirds (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC). The Eagles enter the Western Piedmont contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Pinnacle Classical Academy was routed by Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC), 71-30, in a league contest.
