Minnesota High School Basketball - Zimmerman nips North Branch
December 1, 2022: Zimmerman, MN 55398 Zimmerman Thunder (Zimmerman, MN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting North Branch Vikings (North Branch, MN), 46-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Zimmerman upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Princeton (Princeton, MN) to play the Tigers in a AAA Section 5 bout on Friday, December 2. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Vikings play the Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. North Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
