In Thursday's non-league outing, the Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, CO), by a margin of 52-28.

The Huskies (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Erie (Erie, CO). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Erie was trounced by Centaurus (Lafayette, CO), 47-41, in a non-league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Silver Creek for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 6. Brighton will clash with a Raptors squad coming off a 46-32 non-league loss to Standley Lake (Westminster, CO). The Raptors record now stands at 0-1.
