In Thursday's non-league outing, the Little Elm Lobos (Little Elm, TX) basketball squad felled the visiting Burges Mustangs (El Paso, TX), by a margin of 49-40.

The Lobos (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Stallions go into the non-league outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, North Mesquite was beaten by Trinity Leadership (Cedar Hill, TX), 45-29, in a non-league outing.
