Texas High School Basketball - West Mesquite fells Burleson
December 1, 2022: Burleson, TX 76028 West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX), 40-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Mesquite upgrades its record to 3-8 on the season. The Wranglers travel to Centennial (Frisco, TX) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Centennial lost 52-40 in their recent non-league bout against Rock Hill (Frisco, TX)
Next up, the Elks play the Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. Burleson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 66-52 non-league win over Richland (North Richland Hills, TX).
