Texas High School Basketball - Liberty Hill fells McNeil
December 1, 2022: Austin, TX 78729 Liberty Hill Panthers (Liberty Hill, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host McNeil Mavericks (Austin, TX), 40-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Liberty Hill upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to China Spring (China Spring, TX) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-4. China Spring won 56-39 in their recent non-league bout against Teague (Teague, TX)
Next up, the Mavericks clash with the Stony Point Tigers (Round Rock, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 25 bout, on Tuesday, December 6. McNeil will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 11-2 record after their 61-13 non-league win over Bruceville-Eddy (Eddy, TX).
