Minnesota High School Basketball - South St. Paul crushes North Branch
December 1, 2022: South St. Paul, MN 55075 South St. Paul Packers (South St. Paul, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Branch Vikings (North Branch, MN), 70-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, South St. Paul upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Packers host Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Hill-Murray won 64-35 in their recent non-league bout against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN)
Next up, the Vikings play the Denfeld Hunters (Duluth, MN) in a AAA Section 7 bout, on Friday, December 2. North Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Hunters go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 55-40 non-league win over Kelley (Silver Bay, MN).
