December 1, 2022: Los Angeles, CA 90033 The Roosevelt Rough Riders (Los Angeles, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), 63-49 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rough Riders (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Marshall (Los Angeles, CA). The Barristers go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Marshall went down by Holy Martyrs Armenian (Encino, CA), 46-39, in a non-league test.
The Parrots now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Eagle Rock for a non-league test on Friday, December 2. Poly will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 70-35 non-league loss to Providence (Burbank, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.
