The North Moore Mustangs basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting Ascend Leadership Aviators to 26 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northwood for a 1A/2A Mid-Carolina contest on Tuesday, December 5.

The Aviators (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against American Leadership Academy-Johnston (Clayton, NC). The Patriots come into the CAASC Eastern Airborne contest with a 4-3 record.
