The Goodrich Martians (Goodrich, MI) basketball nipped the host Beecher Buccaneers (Flint, MI), 58-55 in Friday's non-league test.

The Martians (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Holly (Holly, MI). The Bronchos go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Holly got by Kettering (Waterford, MI), 68-59, in a non-league test.
