Tennessee High School Basketball - Cleveland knocked off by Webb
December 1, 2023: Cleveland, TN 37312 The Webb Spartans basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Cleveland Blue Raiders to 45 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cookeville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Webb will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 67-61 non-league win over Farragut (Knoxville, TN). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-0.
The Blue Raiders (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bearden (Knoxville, TN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 8-0 record. In their last contest, Bearden ran past Morristown-Hamblen West (Morristown, TN), 72-38, in a non-league contest.
