December 1, 2023: DeSoto, TX 75115 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the DeSoto Eagles (DeSoto, TX) and the visiting Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX), saw DeSoto's basketball squad overcome Reedy by a tally of 59-41.
With the victory, DeSoto improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Brewer (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Brewer won 56-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Wylie East (Wylie, TX)
Next up, the Lions confront the Rockwall-Heath Hawks (Rockwall, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Reedy will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 83-73 non-league loss to Frenship (Wolfforth, TX).
